how to fix captive apple?

I'm having issues connecting my iphone to my fizz wifi, it says captive.apple.com and that the net work has been blocked. The wifi is working on the other devices in the house so I don't understand the probleme. Any answers???

If other device working with Fizz Wifi, then it's definitivelly not a Fizz Wifi problem.

But you could restart the modem and also your phone. Maybe try to factory reset your phone to check if any setting was on the way.

I believe on android, you can factory reset only network, but with Iphone I don,t know.
