Can I refund the payment?

On July 30th, I chatted with the customer service and she told me how to cancel the subscription and mail it back to the Modem, and then maybe I forgot to click the cancel subscription button. Later, I found out that my account was debited on August 2nd, and I learned that I did not cancel the service at that time. Then I cancelled the subscription on August 2nd. But my device was mailed, and it was mailed on July 31st, with a receipt from the post office as proof. My email: ***, so my question: Can I refund the payment?

You should contact the support and also ask to cancel your email from this post, the forum is public

here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

You have to contact fizz directly to get your reimbursement, but I don’t see why you shouldn’t get it.

Please don't write your personal information here. It's a public forum not official private support.
Fizz is a prepaid service, if you didn't have service before going to the next billing month, then you should be refunded.

Please use the Fizz support.
