Payment with CC question

I received an email saying my credit card must be change because expires aug 1st. The card expires at the end of August. So it will still be good for the payment date. The credit card says I will receive the new card in 2 weeks. Just want to make sure you guys process payment because it will work

    Here we are users, but if your card is valid for the payment date, which is one day before your new cycle, you are good.

    But you can always contact the support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    I think Fizz is being careful and notifying you in advance of the expiry.

    If you want to be sure all is okay, you can contact Fizz support.

    If you want to make sure, remove the old card. The removal process will work if the card is not linked to a plan anymore.
