I moved to a new location and want to get my internet here but cant find my civic number into the listing but i can find all before and after on my road

By any chance, is it a new construction? If yes, contact Fizz support and they will help you.

However if your address is considered a commercial building, Fizz may not offer residential home internet at this location.

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

If your whole road is there except for your place it’s probably just a mistake. Contacting fizz directly will settle that pretty easily i think.
