Hi Hong
therefore you close the previous post by mistake.

I supposed that you tried already to turn off the modem for a couple of minutes and also to do a factory reset.

Did you already try the speed with the Fizz's app or with a computer connected with an ethernet cable to the modem?

Since the problem can be the Wifi configuration or the cable signal.

Did you also try to contact the support, they can check the quality signal remotely?

Here we are users, but sometimes we can give you some hits, but only if you give us a feed back

Gotta contact fizz directly. Not much we can do for you if we don't know the problem.

Hi Hong.

Change your provider.

Have a nice day

Hi Hong,

Sorry to hear that your internet speeds are not meeting expectations.

If you contact Fizz support, they will help to guide you through the steps to fix your internet.
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Open any of the Fizz FAQ help links below
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

However if you are willing to do some troubleshooting, try the following:
Can you connect a laptop or desktop directly to your modem with an ethernet cable?
