Appointment and no tech...?

I had an appointment tonight, but the tech hasn’t showed. What to do now...?

Probably the tech had a problem in a previous installation and he was not able to complete all the appointments

Tomorrow you can take a new appointment

1- Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
2- Click on Appointments.
3- Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
4- Scroll to the appointment you wish to modify.
5- To reschedule an appointment, click on Reschedule.
6- This will open the booking interface. Select a new day and time slot and click Save.

here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

The same happened to me 2 days ago. Dont waste your time chatting with Fizz. the best advice is from the mods on the forum. Since he did not show up, you will have to reschedule. in my case he showed up 2 hours late after having me wait fro him btw 7:30 am to noon. showed up at 2 PM.

Sorry for this bad situation.
You'll be obliged today to reschedule online a new appointment with the technician for the installation of your internet connexion.
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Click on: My plan, click on: Manage my plan
Click on: Appointments
Click on: Reschedule, choose a day and an hour of your choice and
click on: Save
I hope that you will get your appointment soon.
