How to pay for new sim cards?

Hello,
I am trying to buy a new sim card online but my payment does not go through.. I tried few visa and master cards but wont work. Can I know any other way I can buy a SIM card ? I live in Gloucester Ottawa.

Hi Varuna,

You cannot buy the SIM and neither use the Fizz service permanently if your area is not in the subscription, your city is not in the subscription area, it is in the coverage area, therefore, Fizz can be used there for at most 3 months (https://fizz.ca/en/faq/partner-networks).

To subscribe to Fizz, you need to live into the subscription's Fizz zone.

contact the Fizz support by chat from 8h00 to 21h00 (each day) and ask them
why you can't order Fizz sim cards.
First, connect you to your Fizz account.

Click on the green chat bubble when you see it down to the right of the page.

Sometimes there is a glitch in their payment system. Try again later and make sure your billing postal code is in the subscription area. I love fizz I hope you can subscribe!

Hi Varuna, I have had issues with that in the past. It was because my billing address wasnt exactly listed as it was with my bank (ex: St vs Street or Rue...). I recommend you check your billing address on your credit card and enter it exactly as shown. Hopefully this helps! If not you can always contact the Fizz customer service for assistance via Messenger. Good luck!

Is that in fizz’s zone? Maybe that’s the problem. You could contact them directly

Should be a problem with your bank. Never had an issue with paying by credit cards on fizz. Different banks.
