This is a problem that only the support can solve, here we are users

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-waiting-delivery-my-fizz-package
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Gotta talk to fizz directly

You should check your invoice to be sure that there is two sim ordered. Maybe they sended it in 2 differents package. Anyway, you should contact fizz support directly.
