App doesn’t connect to modem every 2-3 days

I have to reboot the modem every 2 days to get the App connected to the modem. It happens on two iphones at home at the same time.

Have you already reseted your modem?
Insert a pin into the reset button (located back in the center of your modem) 35,40 seconds and released it after.
Wait 3,4 minutes to see coming back all the lights of the modem.
If your computer is connected to the modem with an ethernet câble, you will see on the screen: Easy Connect.
Types twice the factory default password (indicated back to the modem).
Your internet connexion is supposed to be completely functionnal.
Just reconnect all your applications to your Wi-Fi.
I hope it will set up this problem of rebooting your modem often.

I have the same problem, I already chatted with customer service but no solution, the only thing they suggested to me is restard the modem.

I’m not so sure that support would only suggest to restart the modem, it may has to be reset
