wrong notification

I am recieving a notification that I miss my appoiment for instalations and is not true, I have the technitian delivering everything and I set the rest inside the house, no problems, should I disregard this notification?

Hi everyone,

That is a system generated notification which you can ignore, as others mentioned. If the system sees that you have started a new plan and did not complete that plan activation specifically, you will receive the notification.

Me too, I'm having a notification asking me to continue the subscription to the Internet while I already did and I have a scheduled an appointment.
I think it's bug in their site

i had the same, just ignore

I accidentally press the button to create a home internet profile (I already have one with Fizz), and since, they've wrote me a few times to "complete my profile". I think it's some kinda of glitch somehow. I juste ignore those messages. Nowadays we don't even know anymore what's spam or not.
