Does my data I haven’t use on the cell phone plan rolls over to the next month ?

Im looking to switch over to Fizz want to make sure that if In my current billing cycle I used only 2 gb from my 6gb plan well the remaining 4 gb rolls over to the next billing cycle ? So basically next billing cycle I will have 10 gb available ?

Yes your statements are correct. The mobile data you receive at the beginning of each billing cycle will rollover for up to 90 days.

Yes you're right the usused data is being transfered for the next 90 days if you dont use it

Unused data from your plan or gifts gets rolled over to the next billing cycle up until the limit of days (90 days I believe).

Yes! That the advantage with fizz. And you will see a « Chart » in your account with the number of days for each bunch of data you have over the 3 months.

Yes you're right ! The data will roll over for 2 billing cycles. In your account, you can see the detail of how long your data is still valid.

You can see all the details of your data roll-over if you connect to your Fizz account.

Best and most interactive mobile service I've ever had... Fizz is a game changer; Emphasis on the game!... They use a smart UI(User Interface) gamification as a means of a reward system through active use and engagement.

The more active you are with the community and your plan, the more feedback and rewards you receive!!

You get >perks< & >rewards< to use within your account. Either to add more mobile data (which do carry over into the next month; and each month thereafter.. Not like its a one time thing)

As an example, I'm level 3 with two out of three perk slots selected on my mobile plan. 1- 500mb 2-500mb and then my plans data.. So 1gb plus the extra 1gb..

As for my internet, I have two perks, 1-$2 off and 2- 1$ off.. ALL AMAZING SAVINGS!!!

I'm only on my second month with Fizz and it's... Kinda funnnn!!!! When I reach level 5, Ill have a third perks' slot to apply even MORE data rewards!!!

There are some things I still don't know, and having such a supportive community (especially during times of economic uncertainty and despair; We help each other out! I was surprised of the feedback I had received, honestly..)

Like more recently, I was 36mb out of my 2gb plan, left... I had ate so much data because I'm visiting my father out of town and I didn't realize my phone was using background data, (I recommend you check your phone settings' too!) Well anyways, I reached out to the community hub bcuz I read about "gifting data." Kind of like paying it fwd. Good karma!!<3 THEY literally saved me!! I am so grateful. To whomever you are, thank YOU for the top ☝!!
