how to pay ?

i already have a modem i paid my.first month thej left the contry and i would like to make a payment to reactivate my services

Hi Cedrick,

Everyone has to register their debit/credit card when they start a plan. If your credit was valid while you were out of the country and you did not cancel your Fizz service, then you were still paying and this service should still be active. Have you tried restarting your modem?

Otherwise if your plan was suspended while you were out of the country, then you will have to contact Fizz customer service: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
