    My internet has not been working since yesterday and all I received information from Customer service is that there is maintanace in my area.
    Funny part is that the internet was working and I accidently unplugged the wrong power cable. after that the internet never came back and now it is more that 24 hours without internet

    Ok, So I know Videotron has been doing some work in a few areas. Maybe that's the reason. There are other users with the same issue. you should contact fizz support

    contact the support

    here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    I think there an outage in your area, please wait at least 24 hours to let technician repair the trouble. If the trouble is not resolved after 24 hours, ask an official fizz support rep.

    The maxhine doesnt even start. There is a problem send someone. Oups sorry they already tell me that but its between.7ham to 8pm WTF
