home internet installation

I had an appointment on July 14 for my home internet installation , they came and gave me my modem and set another appointment for the July 15 for the setting in roof but they did not show up. what should I do?

here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

Please, contact the Fizz customer service by chat (from 8h00 to 21h00) to see if you need to re-scheduled a new apointment for your internet installation to your place.
To chat with them,

You should hope that they will show up next day, haha! But to be honest, just contact support and be really straightforward with them!
