account info missing?

Hi,
I've set up my account and plan yet didn't activate account within 24 hours. I reset new account yet my plans aren't showing. I need to change my plan so I could use my mobile in the USA (incoming and outgoing) in addition to my existing Qc plan.
please help.

If you did not confirm your email within 24 hours you can unlock yourself or contact the support

How to unblock your account:
1- Go to the Fizz login page and click on the Lost password link.
2- You will receive an email with a link that lets you reset your password and confirm your email address.
3- Create a new password. You will now be able to log into your Fizz account.

If you click on the link “Forgot?” to reset your password, you only have one hour to validate the link sent by email. If you click the link several times, make sure to only use the link from the last email you'll have receive, or else it won't work.

Remember that if your needs for the USA are temporary and you have a discounted plan, it's better to uses add-on or pay as you go Thant to change your plan.

Contact support for help. Add on for USA cound be useful if it's not a regular thing you need.

Please, contact the Fizz support by chat from 8h00 to 21h00 for advice if you're better to buy add-ons for USA than changing your actual plan.
