What is the extent of Quebec/Ontario coverage in Ottawa?

I live in Ottawa (on the quebec-ontario border) and data cuts out sometimes when I cross from one province to the other. Is this just a glitch or is it due to some kind of service limitation?

    Do you have the Canada coverage?
    and have you activate the roaming on your phone?
    Does your phone is connected to the Fizz LTE network when you are in Ottawa or to Fizz ext (Fizz partners network)?

    You need to enable the data roaming

    In Ottawa region you do not need the Canada coverage
