At what point is the referral bonus applied?

I'm about to schedule an appointment for the delivery of the fizz modem. I was referred to fizz, so both the person who referred me and I are entitled to a $35 bonus. I'm afraid that if I complete the procedure, I won`t be eligible for the referral anymore because I will already be a member.

If you are writing about the referral code. It needs to be added at activation time, on the same screen where you are presented with the plan amount including the taxes.
You are correct that if you activate and pay without entering the referral code, Fizz will not be able to provide any help with the referral.7 -
