Cannot sign up for internet, address considered a commercial property (high rise)

I'm trying to sign up for a new account but when I type in my address I get the following message :
"Unfortunately, Fizz Home Internet is not available for commercial addresses."
If i prefix my address with the appartment number (i.e Apt # - Street address) I get the following message :
"Unfortunately, Fizz Home Internet is not available for commercial addresses."
I live in an apartment complex in downtown montreal, so this shouldn't really be happening. I tried contacting Fizz through facebook messenger, but it's been 45 mins and still no response.

Facebook is not the best way, try with this
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-subscribe-to-fizz-home-internet
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.3 -
