First I can’t find the chat box to get help!!!
I want to order sim card but have problems and error with credit card and shipping address

    To contact support by chat from 8 am to 9 pm

    1- Login to your account (see top right).
    2- Any advertising blocker in your browser must be disabled.
    3- You must be on a help file, for example, https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-update-my-payment-method-or-credit-card-information
    4- The green bubble should appear at the bottom right-hand corner of the page.

    If the chat bubble still doesn't appear at the bottom right after a few seconds, it means that the number of pending sessions is higher than our processing capacity. At that point, leave a message on Facebook Messenger https://facebook.com/fizzca.

    You need to go through the main page: https://fizz.ca/en/mobile
    Choose your plan, then the website will offer you the possibility of ordering a SIM card.

    If you don't see the chat bubble on the website I would go to their facebook page and send them a message. They usually reply within a few hours.
