Hello everyone,
At some points in the day, my internet speed is very slow even though I subscribed for a 60/10 Mbps plan. I tested with the speed test a couple of times and it showed that the actual speed fluctuated from 10Mbps to 45 Mbps.
I already contacted with live support but they said it was because I connected too many devices to the network. Yet, although I disconnected devices, the speed seems to be unstable at some day.
I really don't know what is happening with my internet.

    Hi Sang,

    When the speed is slower than expected, please restart your modem and test the speed via device connected by ethernet cable.

    BTW since you subscribe to the 60/10 Mbps plan, this is the max speed of all your combined devices at any given moment.

    If the speed test on modem showed 10 - 45 Mbps is not normal...
    Probably your physical link have a lot of noise (SNR) between your modem and central Fizz.
    When it's happening, contact the technical support fizz to do some remote sped test between router fizz and your modem to test.

    No matter how many devices your have in your local network, your WAN throughput must be almost 60Mbps.

    Have you do a factory reset of your modem?
    Insert a pin into the reset button located back into the center of the modem for about 35,40 seconds and released it after this time.
    Wait to see comin back all the lights of your modem.
    If your computer is connected to your modem with an ethernet câble, you'll see on the screen:
    Easy Connect
    Types twice the factory default password (back of your modem).
    Then, reconnect all your devices to your Wi-Fi network.
    The speed of your internet connexion is supposed to be stable and fonctionnal again.
