Guys, I know that you CAN´t send Data Gift for a person that does not have a data plan. But what if this person is using a 250MB upgrade? It would be considered that she has a data plan or not? I know that it´s a trick question but maybe someone had the same problem.

No she is not considered having a data plan.
However, yes you can send the perks to a person without data, if you received the 500 M yesyerday, you can send it9 -
No the upgrades doesn't count has "data plan".
As Mike just said, the only data people with no datas in their plan can receive are perks given by Fizz from time to time.9 -

As everybody said, only perks can be send when you do not have a data plan.
