Is anyone experiencing Level 0?

I saw some post about this issues that are a year old, but without really a working solution.
Anyone know how I can get back my points?

Just to rule out any problem with the current browser you're using, can you
log onto your account with another device or by using a different browser?

If you still get the same results, you should also see an error message. Then you can contact Fizz support.

Hi vincent this must be a bug :(
you will have to contact the customer Service either on Facebook messenger (https://facebook.com/fizzca.) or Fizz Website by oppening this link (https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-gerer-le-rendez-vous-avec-...) and simply scroll down until you see the Green Bubble, Click on it to start your Chat session with the customer service. Good Luck, they will be able to help you ! !

I think the web developper have modified the website, but there an error in the source code. Just contact fizz to signal the bug or open an ticket. I Hope your problem will be resolved.
