It is pretty fair to say Fizz does not have data service in Lachine H8R 1A3

    I think there an tower outage if you have already configured APN (Network Settings) in your cell phone. Wait at least 24 hours to let the technician repair the tower, if in 24 hours you have the same problem, contact a fizz rep.

    Bo, could you verify which technology your phone is connected at this region. It may be a problem on the LTE, UMTS, or GMS network. The first thing is identify that. Second, could you check the level of the signals (how many bars)? With this 2 information, I suggest you contact Fizz to let their RF department check the problem. Ps.: If you do that and verify that the problem is in the LTE, try to lock your phone to use UMTS and GSM while Fizz solves the problem with their LTE network.
