I cant texte on my mobile why

    Try to put the phone in airplane mode for 30 seconds or reboot it

    If with sms you mean mms (multimedia sms) you need to configure the APN

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-send-or-receive-multimedia-text-messages-why
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    I would also suggest turning off your phone, removing and replacing the SIM card, and restarting.
