Change plan during billing cycle

Hi, I will be going to BC in three weeks for about a month. Unfortunately, I forgot to change my plan from "Quebec Only" to "Canada" before my billing cycle renewed. I have two questions:
(1) Is there a way to change it now? Can I buy an add-on for that?
(2) If I have to stay with the Quebec only plan, will I at least have data access in BC?

    Yes you can change know, but it will be in effect your next billing cycles
    Yes you can buy addon
    Non with quebec only you cannot have the data without an addons

    Yes, you can change your plan but if will be effective only at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
    Yes,
    With your actual Quebec coverage plan, you need to buy Canada add-ons ( for data, calls or texts) if you go in BC.
