How to log in?

Internet connection stopped working. Not able to log in anymore.

Hi Michele,

I've just checked your internet connection and everything is looking good now. Your modem is on-line and the signal are within specs.

If this issue will be happening again, I would advise you to verify if both of your cables (the coaxial and the power one) are properly plugged in and screwed tightly. Avoid using an extension cord or power bar. Make sure that your outlet is not linked to a switch that can be easily turned on and off by mistake. You can also test with another power cable or plug it in another outlet. You can also reset your modem again to its factory settings. Try to turn off the modem for 5 minutes


If not, you can try to reset to original settings by pressing and holding for 20 seconds the small button at the back of your modem, with a pen or a paperclip.

If it doesn't work, here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

  • Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

  • The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
