Network...?

when i put my address on the site it says that its not available but i know my neighbor have videotron installed and videotron is fizz parent company so how can i enter in contact with some fizz people to fix this ?

Hi Jean-Wilbert, you will have to contact the customer Service either on Facebook messenger (https://facebook.com/fizzca.) or Fizz Website by oppening this link (https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-gerer-le-rendez-vous-avec-...) and simply scroll down until you see the Green Bubble, Click on it to start your Chat session with the customer service. This happen with all the site or only a specific one?

If this happen with all the site check the lead status

If this happen only with a specific one did you try to change the DNS settings?
