Fizz modem not working

Hello,
I’ve had FIZZ internet for over a year and have only had minor issues with it.
This evening, my modem stopped working. Only the power light is on and it flashes about every 10 seconds (video attached). This has been going on for over 3 hours.
I have plugged the modem off and and on and hard reset it multiple times without anything changing. I have also checked the entire coaxial cable and it seems fine.
Has anyone experienced this before? Any ideas of what the issue maybe and how to fix it?
