Moving my service?

I am moving to a duplex. When I want to move my service to my new address (41) it says that my door number is not available but when I type in the other door number (39) it shows that I can subscribe, both are in the same building and my appartement has been empty for over a month now. How can I subscribe with my personal address (41)?

Support should be able to fix this must be the way the adress is located in the system.
