Is it possible to make a request about my modem delivery?

I want to give my phone number to the delivery man, so he can call me when he come at my new apartment, is it possible?

You can ask the support to add it to your file, however, it is at the technician discretion to call you

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

You can chat with Fizz support regarding your request.

It is the technician who will bring your modem on the installation date.

Try to contact the Fizz customer service by chat from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.
First connect you to your Fizz account.
Then, click:

Yes it's possible, just ask a rep and he will add notes to the order so the technician will see it in your folder.

In your case i suggest to contact a fizz rep by clicking on the green chat bubble available in your account dashboard, or by joining a rep by facebook under the name Fizz.
