Mobile reactivation process?

I understand that if an account was dormant for a while, it can be reactivated. However, the link to Reactivate in the FAQ doesn't appear to work. Is there another link to the reactivation page, or would you have to go thru the standard Activate my SIM page, or just contact support?

Hi Ben,

You can try restarting your computer and opening a new browser tab with incognito or private mode.

Keep in mind that if your plan has been dormant for 60 days or more, then your number is no longer available and you may have to register a new plan.

Use a referral code in order to receive $35 until July 7 (after that, it's back to $25).

Hi Ben, you can try reactivating it in your account. Otherwise contact the support then by chat from 8am to 9pm
