I can not by add-on for my data plan

I tried to buy but my payment keeps getting declined. I contacted my credit card company, they told me there is no transaction going through.

Olivier you should work for a customer service company. You have everything desirable. You are compasionate... Also your are compasionate. Well that's pretty much it.

Yuheng, I've bought an Add-on in the past from the website and it was pretty straight forward. So you're probably running into some bug that will probably only be solved by a Fizz employee.
