moving and problem with schedule an appointment?

Hello,
I will move on July 1th in my new condo, When I put the address,
It said this address is commercial and Fizz doesnot work with commercial... but it isnot… it is residential condo!
and also, when I add the neighbors , other units of the same building, all accepts, except my condo.
I really need your help for schedule an appointment,

    Here we are users contact the support asking to remove your address from the post and also the information about the address

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-subscribe-to-fizz-home-internet
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    according to your problem you should contact fizz by chat because we are users like you and I advise you to tell them that it removes your personal information. Good day
