Calling iPhones?

I can’t call anyone who has an iPhone, why is that? It says calling but won’t go through?

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-receive-any-calls-on-my-phone
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

In your case i suggest to contact a fizz rep by clicking on the green chat bubble available in your account dashboard, or by joining a rep by facebook under the name Fizz.

Phone service shouldn't make any difference between phone's brand. Probably something wrong with your phone. Open a ticket with Fizz support.

I've checked your account and all the features from your mobile plan are active. I would advise you to restart your phone, to verify if the recipient is not blocking the call and to make sure that you'll dial the number correctly in case it's a distance call. You can also test with another phone if you have the possibility. Please take a look at the FAQ that Mike has provided for more troubleshooting steps that may help you further.
