I need to cancel my plan. The tech came to my house but required drilling a hole in my brick wall. Please cancel my account ASAP

    Hello Roberto,
    Apologies for the situation that you've experienced when the technician came and tried to do the installation.
    The respective works where necessary as you didn't have the corresponding wires to your home.
    Therefore, the technician needed to do that. If you haven't accepted these types of works you will have the option to cancel the Home internet order that you've created on your account and following the cancellation, you will be automatically refunded for the charge that was done.
