Can you check if you Block private numbers or that specific number?
Try to reboot the phone too.

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-receive-any-calls-on-my-phone
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -
Hi Thatiana, you will need to contact the customer Service to make sure everything is fine with your phone line, to contact them you can either go on Facebook messenger (https://facebook.com/fizzca.) or Fizz Website by oppening this link (https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-gerer-le-rendez-vous-avec-...) and simply scroll down until you see the Green Bubble, Click on it to start your Chat session with the customer service. Good Luck, they will be able to help you ! !
