Hi Sher!
Normally u can follow with tracking on Planete Courrier or Canada Post website.
If your package is lost, or stolen talk to a fizz rep to see if he can re-send a new one or refund.

In your case, i suggest to reach a Fizz support rep by clicking the green chat bubble available in your account dashboard or by facebook under the name "Fizz".

You can follow the tracking of your order if you connect online to your Fizz account.
Normally, it takes 2,3 days to deliver.
Maybe, your sim card has been stolen..
Contact the Fizz support to know more about it or order a new one and ask to them a refund for the first sim not received.
Fizz chat is available from 8h00 to 21h00.
To chat without problem:
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Then, search a FAQ
Wait a few seconds to see te green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz.
