Number is out of service and still paying!!!

I downgraded my plan during COVID to no data, SMS or voice and kept paying $13CAD. Found that number is out of service (Not assigned). In Mid May, I re-upgraded back and it is two payments now and still line is not assigned. Very strange, I cant talk to technical support to help. You are pushing us to leave the the service completely!

    Only them can help you about this issue.
    First, connect you to your Fizz account.
    Then, types this adress:

    Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    Your chat session with Fizz begins.
