What is the best way to switch over the person to is incharge of the apartments wifi?

My roommate is moving out in mid-July. I would like to know the best and most cost-effective way of switching over who is paying for the wifi. Do I just have to make an account and then she has to delete hers? or is there a way for me to just take the account over from her?

    You are better off to talk with the support, in order to do it right

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
