Cancel interruption of my service?

***URGENT*** Hi! I have an emergency concerning my internet service. I scheduled to move my service to a new address for tomorrow, Monday 15th. However, uppon arriving in the appartment yesterday, we plugged in the old modem and it works perfectly! We therefore do not need to have the service interrupted, nor a Fizz employee come tomorrow for installation. Could you please confirm ASAP that the service will not be interrupted tomorrow? Thank you.

Contact the support, since the technicien must come out, he need to validate the connexion, otherwise, in the following weeks your cable can be disconnected.
Probably the previous tenant had internet with videotron

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Thank you for letting us know that your services work at your new address.
The technician needs to come and check your connection and scan the modem for the new address so that your services won't be interrupted.
As Mike said, you need to accept the visit to avoid unpleasant inconveniences.
Better contact our support department for a clearer answer.
