Why isnt my payment going through and I cant add another credit card to my account?

Why isnt my payment not going through and I cant update my credit card in my account? I get the error message saying:"You have reached the maximum amount of credit cards n this account while there is only one card in it? I reached the customer service and they say that I will lose my phone number if it's not updated by midnight. Like I have 24 hours to pay my monthly amount. I have had this number for 14 years and I don't want to lose it. I have the funds available on my card. And it sems like nobody can help me.

You must contact the support in order to have the limit reseted

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-update-my-payment-method-...
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

This error/problem is quite common at Fizz. Myself has encountered this problem as well. The only way to get it resolved is via support. I hope you already got your problem resolved.
