    Hi,
    Your phone has a SIM lock with your old supplier.
    you must contact them to ask them for the code to unlock the phone, normally it's free.

    You phone has to be unlock by your old supplier. Call them to have the code to unlock it. Usually it is free but not always!

    Sorry, Your phone is still unlocked.
    You need to contact your old provider and ask to unlock your phone.
    They must do it freely.

    Ask your phone provider to unlock the phone! And if you need more info about fizz network:
