Your first monthly payment will be charged to your credit card when you subscribe. Your payment cycle, however, will start with the delivery of your Fizz Wi-Fi modem. This means the amounts of your next monthly payments will be automatically charged to your credit card each month, 24 hours before the date on which you received your Fizz Wi-Fi modem.

However, if you cancel since you do not want anymore, please contact the support in order to be refunded

To contact Fizz's support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at
2- Click on this link:
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

This is probably just an error on Fizz's part. There is not much more to do than contact their customer service to solve this issue. I'm pretty sure you'll be able to get a refund.

I apologize for this situation.
Checking your account I could see that your order was canceled from your end and you've been refunded for it.
In this case, you need to create a new order or check with our support department for additional information.
