Hello I recently had to factory reset my modem and while trying to re-establish my home networks and I am seemingly no longer able to run multiple networks. Has there been a software change removing this? as I cannot create new networks through the app or router

What do you mean by multiple networks?

You can also connect the modem using the browser
    192.168.0.1

(LAN): Links two or more devices using a wireless distribution method, providing a connection through access points to the wider Internet. Also please don't post my IP address on a public board.

The class 192.168 is a private IP millions of people have it

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Private_network

LAN means Local Area Networks it does not means WiFi

If you tell us what you need it will be easier to help you out

If you did a factory reset you should configure it again, follow the instructions that you have received with the modem
