I have a plan with 4 GB of data and my coverage is limited to Quebec.
Can I use mobile data if I travel to British Columbia? Or do I need to buy Travel Add On?

Yes, you need to buy an add-on if you want to travel in B-C.
Perhaps , it can be cheaper thatthat you change the coverage of your plan for the time of your travel for the Canada coverage and after, your return, take again the Quebec coverage.4 -
There is a thing not mentioned in the 2 previous answers. If you decide to change for a Canada coverage plan, it will be effective only at your next payment date and you have to do this change at least 48 hours before that date.5
