Voicemail doesn't work anymore

What happens with voicemail, Today I received a message that I have a new voicemail, but when I try to call the displayed number (from voicemail) it connects but I don't hear any sound, not even the greeting robot.
What is the problem?

Apologies for the encountered issue.

Please try setting up a new PIN for your voicemail by going to My plans - Manage plan- Advanced parameters. When doing the change/reset please make sure you are not writing the last 4 digits of your mobile number, 4 consecutive numbers like 1234 or the same number like 0000. Once done so, please do reboot your phone and try to manually dial the voicemail number and see if the issue persists. For a few more details, please also consult:

This last days multiple persons reported the same issue.
It seems a temporary problem, did you try again after an hour to see if it was a problem with them
