Hi Antonio,
It will be used automatically, as long as it was properly written at activation. You can verify this by going in your account, the "My profile", then "Referral bonuses".
The amount ($25 or $35) should appear under "Pending" for the 1st month, then under "Balance" for the next month (like on the attached image), and then be used on your next month invoice.8 -

The referral bonus is apply automatically when the person you invited paid his 2nd month if I remember well. After this you should see the bonus applied to you bill. For the other bonus for you plan those need to be applied manually.7

It's will be applied on your second month! If not applied you should contact fizz by clicking the green bubble in your account dashboard or by facebook under the name fizz!

You get it automaticaly. Pain free. But it's not instantaneous. Probably on the 2nd billing cycle.0
