i got letter from fizz im kind freaking out is this real ?

It seems that you have shared copyright material
Do not use use torrent or similar software to download ad share copyright material.7 -

If you read what's in the link or research about it you will find out... In a short answers probably no, it's an warning but the copyright holder can suit you (don't worry the chance of this happening are small but it can happen). I suggest you to stop torrenting or download shady stuff.6

As Fizz wrote in the letter, they are obligated to send you this notice.
Consider it to be a warning. You should inform all your internet users of this breach and that there should be no repeated offences.
Repeat offence with your ip address will raise a red flag and increase your chances of legal action by copyright holders.7 -

You have downloaded the following file named "Top Gun (1986)", top gun movie produced and copyrighted by Paramount Pictures over Peer-to-Peer (BitTorrent). Downloading such copyrighted content is prohibited by Music and Video Industries. All copyrighted materials over bittorrent is watched, and original movie producers keep a log of IP Address of illegal bittorrent download! Yes, the laws in Canada and United States is different like Mike says but there is chance a company pursue you if you download repentantly copyrighted content over the Canadian Laws, we have saw some case on internet! I suggest you to stop downloading such copyrighted materials and purchase the movie on available platform like google play movies, apple tv, etc!

If you or a family member torrents or downloads Music or movies the best advise is to use a good VPN, that don't keep logs... Google for reviews, avoid the free ones.3
