Data not workingg?

Hello (sorry, i think I closed my last question),

For the past 3 or 4 days My data has not been working. The signal bars appear as normal but when i try to access a website, it does not load. I don’t get a ‘no internet’ message either, it just loads a little bit and does not load any further. I have data left on my plan as well. I have restarted my phone, took my SIM card out and put it back in, i am at a loss. I have an iPhone XR.

I tried a network reset, and the problem did not go away.

Are you using fizz or fizz ext?
If you are using fizz, contact the support
If you are using fizz ext enable the data roaming

here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
