Force Payment Option?

I changed credit card, and didn't update my payment method on time. I have two plans. I received a mail for failed payment for one. I clicked on the link, and was able to make the payment. But, the link for the second plan just brings me to the payment page, with no option to pay for the month now. How do I force this month's payment? The plan is not locked, but has 0 mins talk time, no text, but has data.

Maybe your bank has not accepted the transaction. You might have to contact support.
